Join Blue Nectar as we warmly welcome our newest instructors and community members from Sacred Well Yoga Studio. We are so excited to expand our fun-loving community!

Blue Nectar Yoga is a down-to-earth yoga studio and boutique in the heart of Falls Church, Virginia. You’ll find two spacious studios for your down dogging pleasure, and just right for our vinyasa flow style. We offer challenging and inspirational classes with some of the best instructors in town. From our beginner yoga classes (Rookie Vinyasa Flow) to our specialty classes, like Sweet Prenatal Flow, traditional Hatha, and Restorative Yoga, our staff will make you feel right at home. The Bluetique features some of our favorite yoga lifestyle items from Jade, Manduka, Zum, and more – the essentials for every yogi. Parking is always free in the garage behind the studio.

Blue Nectar Yoga specializes in yoga teacher education. The inaugural class of the BNYU 200 hour yoga teacher training launched September of 2014. Teacher training facilitators boast a combined 30+ years in the industry with extensive backgrounds in Exercise Physiology, Health Promotion, and Adult Education. It is the next generation of yoga teacher education. We teach yoga teachers in a flexible and customizable format designed to develop yoga professionals.

The sweetest thing? Blue Nectar Yoga is locally owned and owner-operated. A studio committed to the local Falls Church community on every level. Whether you’re new to yoga or are a seasoned practitioner, we warmly welcome yogi’s of all varieties. Did we mention that  we totally love what we do here?

  • January 16 | Chair Yoga w/ Carole
    Improve your posture, breath awareness and flexibility as you are safely guided into traditional yoga poses using a chair. Chair yoga improves mobility and accommodates all body types. Get ready to awaken parts of your body you didn’t know existed!
  • January 23: How to Fly w/ Monika
    Get ready to fly in this 75 minute intro to Rocket Yoga practice with a focus on inversions.
  • January 30: Hearts & Hips w/ Beth
    Vinyasa practice with a focus on deep heart and hip opening poses. Finish off with a decadent 15 minute savasana and guided meditation. 
  • February 6: Kundalini Yoga & Meditation w/ Cindy
    A dynamic blend of postures, pranayama, mantra, music, and meditation which teaches you the art of relaxation, self-healing and elevation. The practice can be modified to be more challenging or less challenging depending on your ability. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
